Did not have filter for the scheduled transmission filter change. Service pro did not understand the filter change recommendation. No apology given for not having the filter. Ended up having a two hour oil change. 45 minute drive each way to this dealership. Very disappointed.

Was scheduled for oil change & tire rotation. Also had air leak in rear left tire. After a 2.5 hr wait, it was brought to our attention that we needed a sensor module replaced which would’ve been another 1.5 hr wait. Would have preferred better communication during this process. No updates were given from start to finish.

I have gone a new avenue of leasing the vehicle I have always gotten to my vehicle not leasing. It shows me I don't have ownership in the vehicle. The service appointment was fine. However, the big guy that tops off wiper fluid was sloppy with his pours and then too lazy to make an attempt to clean up his misses or the fact that it over flowed. I didn’t pay close to 100 grand to have a messy engine bay. Either slow down and care like it’s your own or have someone else do it that actually cares. He made zero attempt to clean any of the spilt fluid. Very typical of dealership service centers. That’s why I will be doing my own service when it’s simple enough to do so. Next time I will call this person out when I see him being lazy. Smh! 🤦‍♂️

Gordy my service tech was great to work with. But the management on the other hand was very disappointing. The issues I saw with my truck for not evening making a payment on it before I saw them I was very frustrated. It was a certified vehicle and I understand they gave me parts for “cost” but knowing the situation I would have thought the management team would have been more willing to work with me. Brought my vehicle up when they said the part was in and it wasn’t in. I had to make multiple trips taking work off, the gas, and my time I would have thought they would have worked with me more. When I purchased the vehicle I ready to recommend this dealer but fatter dealing with the after sales that is another story. Knowing what I went through I will not recommend Gilleland to a friend or family member. Really wished they would be more cautious of the customers and not worried about selling a lm extended warranty.

I was towed in after hours and was treated very well by the receptionest and by the manager on duty. Even though they were short of loaners i was given one to drive for the duration. The repairs were made to the vehicle and the vehicle is operating like new. I was a little frustrated by the lack of communication of the service advisor. Maybe Monday, Hopefully Tuesday, probably Wednesday or Thursday was what I was told. It was finished Friday and I initiated the call to get the news.

I took my truck in to have a leaking seal fixed. The tech I had was really friendly and polite he listened to me. The work was done quickly. When I picked up my truck everyone still friendly and we talked about what we can do if this seal leaks again (this is the 3rd time) hopefully that doesn’t happen. Overall satisfactory visit.

I took my vehicle to the service department to have them look at some concerns I had. A couple panels were wiggly and kept popping out, my passenger rear door was wiggling and creaking when opened, and my a clip on my bumper was broken so my bumper had a large gap between the body and the bumper and was sitting crooked. The men in the service department said, “it’s no big deal. Car doors creak sometimes, panels aren’t always flush with the body, and the gap in my bumper by the broken clip was also not a big deal.” They told me to head over to St. Cloud collision to see if they would do anything for me. The collision center ended up replacing a panel, fixing my rear door, and fixing the broken clip on my bumper, so apparently it was a big deal.

Experience was fine other than the time it takes to purchase a vehicle and trade in offer. I do not understand why it takes four hours to make a purchase and why paperwork is not digital. I understand it was a Saturday, but the whole process should be reevaluated and streamlined. Also did not appreciate haggling over the trade in valve of my vehicle when (3) other dealerships offered the same price that Gilleland was unable to match, especially when your website mentions $1000 over KBB.

After my tire rotation and oil change. I was informed that my front right caliper was sticking and needed $600.00 service. However when it was serviced at another shop closer to home the rear brake calipers and rotors needed replacement and I was informed that the rear brakes weren't removed for some time as they were very hard to break loose. Buying a new car is a complicated process and we really appreciated how user friendly everyone made the process for us. Greg really listens to what we wanted and needed. He presented options that we had not even considered and showed us how it would work financially and what made sense given our budget and our time in life (76 years old). Stephanie helped us through the transactions online in getting all of our accounts set up with GM , etc. She was so patient and so cheerful. I do not recall the name of the financial person who helped us understand the options such as extended warranties and GAP protection. Andrew has been great to deal with he actually got my car in and fixed before the appointment. I would advise to train your schedulers a bit more. I would honestly have them transfer to service if the consumer is having major issues. I could have done some major damage to my transmission if it was for myself calling and speaking with a service advisor. Also the ev Cars are a huge inconvenience. It takes them way too long to charge and for someone who has never drove one it was a pain to find a charger in my area and the one I found was broken. It was an extremely stressful situation

I’ve never personally been to a dealer ship before and wasn’t really one to usually choose a car from one either just due to my anxiety of people. Ben was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough and talked me through all types of questions I had! He was able to joke around with me and keep it light even when I was pretty sure I had no hope of getting out of my car situation. He let me test drive multiple cars and answered every little question I had no matter how stupid(thankfully because I tend to ask a lot of dumb questions). At the end of the day we found what I believe to be the best option of car for me and my son. Didn’t rush us, was honest, and truly cares about the car he is selling to people, which isn’t often you find that!

I had a great overall experience with Gilleland service center, especially with my service manager Andrew. When I brought my car in initially for general maintenance, the service tech found an oil leak and was able to get it repaired completely under warranty, including a car rental at no cost. Then a month later when I had a mechanical failure about 40 miles away, I was able to reach Andrew five minutes before closing and he stayed late to help assist me in setting up for a tow back to the shop and lined me up with a dealer rental, all covered under my GM warranty with not one penny out of my pocket. Then when my parts were back ordered, Gilleland provided me brand new dealer rental cars to drive in the meantime. All in all, I was treated right throughout the entire ordeal and appreciate the work that was done, with an extra shoutout again to Andrew for keeping me posted during my cars downtime on making sure everything was in order. Would absolutely consider going back for future service.

The oil change and brakes were done really quickly! Regarding the tire pressure issue. Evidently it was not a faulty sensor (which was replaced) as the new pressure sensor wheel was changed with the tire rotation. The right front tire pressure sensor is still giving me a problem notice.

Fantastic people at Gilleland Chevrolet. I contacted the dealer in regards to see what they could do for buying our 27 ft motor home, i didn't have any thoughts to purchase a new car. To make this as short as possible, the asked me to bring the motor home to there lot, the checked it out, they asked if we had another vehicle. I brought our other vehicle to the lot and as things would have after paper work and talking with all the wonderful people we bought a nice care from Gilleland Chevy. our payment ended up being about $250 less than what we we're paying for both motor home and car. I can't thank all the people at Gilleland chevy enough for helping us out with the dilemma we we're in. Thank you so much

My car was making a Squeaking sound while driving my car. Concerned about this issue, I made an appointment at Gilleland Chevrolet to get this resolved. I was very pleased with everyone who I spoke to. I was informed what needed to be done and they did a good job fixing the problem and explaining to me, exactly what they did. It was the front brake pads and brake rotors that needing replacing. (The cookies in the lounge area were yummy!)

Called & made the appointment- was told it would only take a couple hours (I live over a hour away from the dealership so needed to know ahead of time) after being in St Cloud for 3 hours I was told they didn’t think they would have it finished that same day but didn’t have a loaner for me. The worker that helped me from the beginning did not talk to me professionally. I asked about my tires after he commented on them. I said I was not going to do them today (I didnt plan for anymore time) he said that doesn't bother me you can just buy tires sooner. Then at the end I asked him if I could set up an appointment for the tires to be rotated his tone of voice was still that same disrespectfulness as he was earlier.

Found out besides the emissions issue I've had for the 4th time, there was another problem with my engine light being on. Also, at 33,000 miles on a 2023 Chevy Blazer I have an oil leak!! Horrible to hear that these have been common problems. Waste of time getting it fixed and will not be purchasing my 4th Chevy as I had planned on.

I was told that I needed all brake pads and rotors replaced, I said I would think about it and let them know...I called back and said yes go ahead and do it. I stopped in to address an issue with a front rotor or disc, they told me that they only replaced the rear, saying that I was told that, ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! I was informed I needed the front and rear replaced, why would I agree to only replace the rear! I will never do business with you guys again! Absolutely mind boggling to be treated this way, lied straight to my face! Was never asked as an option for just the rear or all four, I would not have paid you 1000 dollars to replace my brakes! I will never recommend, I will have this experience in the front of my mind for many to hear! Have a great day!

And Carl, who is the Service Advisor for my car, went out of his way to talk to my brother (made a phone call to him) to tell my brother about a repair that could possibly be done to my car ( but it wasn't necessary) and I wasn't sure what to do about it. With Carl talking to my brother, I then knew how I would handle this issue.

I am not very happy that my vehicle was put on a lift and given an inspection without physically asking my consent, especially after I just put a ton of money in parts and other work into it. An airbag recall installation is inside the cab, at most you open a door and the hood.

The service manager was very nice and helpful. I was just coming in for an oil change but I asked him if they could look at the bottom of the truck to see what is making all that noise. So he had the technician look at it and they found the problem. Then they did the whole truck inspection and found out more things that need to be fixed. So I will be back soon to get that taken care of.
